Vacuum Air Induction Tube
The Vacuum Air Induction Tube allows ambient air into the vacuum system to help keep air temperature down, while allowing improved material suspension in the vacuum tubes and suction hoses. The tube is constructed of aluminum for corrosion resistance and light weight. There are 4 - 1" holes drilled near the one end of the tube for air induction. Flanged ends on both ends of the tube allow the use of quick clamps for fast change out. The tubes come in 4", 6", and 8" inside diameter and 48" and 72" lengths.
Vacuum Tube with Crown Cuff
The Vacuum Tube with Crown Cuff is a fluted design to allow material to be pulled into the excavation tube even when the tube is sitting on the ground or down in the muck. It also allows all water and slurry to be pulled in as excavation is taking place. The tube is constructed of aluminum for corrosion resistance and light weight. The crown nozzle end is made of painted steel and is replaceable. The other end of the tube has a flange for use with standard quick clamps for fast change out. Vacuum Excavator Tube with Rubber Cuff
The Vacuum Excavator Tube with Rubber Cuff allows the end of the tube to conform to the bottom of the working area. This ensures your machine is working to its maximum efficiency. The rubber cuff is replaceable. As the cuff is made of high grade neoprene rubber, it helps prevent damage to underground utilities that can occur with just a standard metal vac tube. All vacuum tube extensions in this series have flanged ends that easily work with quick clamps. Aluminum construction for corrosion resistance and light weight. These tube extensions come in 4", 6" and 8" inside diameters and 48", 72", and 96" lengths.
Vacuum Easy Lift Tube with Handle
Designed to increase productivity and decrease operator fatigue. The dual handle design gives the operator more control over the suction end of the tube, thereby decreasing bending over and operator fatigue issues. The small pivot point on the bottom of the tube, in addition to the "bologna cut" on the end of the tube, allows more efficient control over traditional circular openings. Great on flat surfaces with superior control without the usual "suck-down" that can occur with other tubes. The Vacuum Easy Lift Tube w/Handle comes in 4" and 6" inside diameters.
Vacuum Relief - Inline Style
The Vacuum Relief Inline Style is ideal when running long extensions of vacuum suction hose. The inline relief also provides an emergency vacuum break to the nozzle. With a quick pull of the cord, the top plunger is removed, breaking the vacuum flow at the end of the vac nozzle. This allows safe removal of obstructions and adds a new level of safety for operators. Flanged ends allow for use of quick clamps for quick change outs. Y-Adapter For Vac Inline
The Y-Adapter allows you to split your vacuum hose in two which can increase productivity to two locations. Flanged ends on all mating surfaces allow for using a quick clamp for easy change out. The Y-Adapters come in 4", 6" and 8" inside diameters.
The Reducer is used to drop the size of the suction hose from the hydro excavator's stock hose size for tighter locations. Flanged ends allow for use with quick clamps for quick change outs. It is recommended that another air inlet be utilized to allow for proper air induction into the air stream to help cool the air. This in turn prevents high temp heat damage to the machine's blower.
